Clients are responsible for providing any legally required notices, obtaining consents, and informing call participants or communication recipients where required by applicable law.
Callgear acts as a technology platform and data processor/service provider on behalf of its Clients and does not determine the legality of communications initiated, recorded, stored, or processed through the Services.
Clients are solely responsible for configuring and using the Services in a lawful manner, including compliance with UAE telecommunications regulations and any applicable international laws.
Your Rights
Subject to applicable UAE laws, you may have the right to:
- request access to personal data;
- request correction of inaccurate data;
- request deletion of personal data;
- object to certain processing activities;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- request restriction of processing where applicable.
