How does it work?
Let’s say you are on a Dubai Pro Plan with 9 agents, 8 included in the plan and 1 extra
When you decide to pay 12 months upfront, you get 20% off your one-time payment.
You pay AED 11932.8 AED 11932.8AED 1243 × 12 − AED 2983.2
(20% discount) = AED 11932.8 (instead of AED 14916) and we add the rest (AED 2983.2) as a bonus to your virtual balance. Later, you can see in your Charges history how much bonus money covered your expenses.
It’s important to know that our billing deducts subscription fees on a daily basis. In your Charges history you will see daily charges for all services. How does it work?
Let’s say your agents use around 4000 outbound minutes per month. You are billed at AED 0.36 /min on our Starter Plan which results in AED 1440 AED 14404000 min × AED 0.36 for the total minutes used. If you connect to the AED 1000 commitment plan, you will be billed at AED 0.29/min, which would result in AED 1160 the total minutes used.
CallGear is willing to provide lower rates if you guarantee spending a certain amount of money on call minutes. If your monthly minute bill does not reach your commitment, we will deduct the difference from your balance on the last day of the month. Ex: You used minutes worth AED 900 during the month while on a AED 1000 commitment plan. We will deduct AED 100 AED 100AED 1000 − AED 900 at the end of the month.
