License Agreement for other countries

Callgear.ae — OMNIchannel Communication Management System

This License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is made between CALLGEAR DMCC, a company registered under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, License No. DMCC-761557, with a registered address at Unit 1301, Fortune Executive Tower, JLT, Dubai, UAE (hereinafter referred to as the “Licensor”), and the end user of the Callgear software (hereinafter referred to as the “User”).

1. Subject of the Agreement

The Licensor grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Callgear software (hereinafter referred to as the “Software”) solely for communication management through the Bitrix24 portal.

2. Geographic Scope

This Agreement applies exclusively within the Gulf countries, namely: the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar. Use of the Software outside these specified countries under this license is not permitted.

3. Terms of Use

• The Software is provided exclusively for use through the Bitrix24 Marketplace.
• The User agrees not to copy, distribute, modify, or decompile the Software.
• The Software may only be used on a single registered Bitrix24 portal.

4. Restrictions

• The User is not allowed to transfer the Software to third parties, except in cases approved by the Licensor.
• The demo version is permitted solely for evaluation purposes.

5. Updates and Support

All updates and improvements to the Software are covered by this Agreement and are subject to the same terms and conditions. Technical support is provided within reasonable timeframes in accordance with applicable agreements.

6. Liability

The Licensor shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Software. The User bears full responsibility for ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.

7. Termination

The User may terminate this Agreement by uninstalling the Software. The Licensor has the right to terminate the Agreement in case of any violation of its terms by the User.
